CMC 15142 is a self-adhesive insulating tape based on highly hydrolysis-resistant PPSU film, recommended as subgasket frame material in PEM fuel cells. A protective liner is included. The tape has a substrate thickness of 0.050 mm and a total thickness of 0.065 ± 0.005 mm. It features acrylic adhesive, insulation class F according to IEC 60085, temperature performance up to 155°C, breakdown voltage ≥ 8,000 Veff based on IEC 60243-1, tensile strength ≥ 25 N/cm, and elongation at break ≥ 50%. It is RoHS and REACh compliant.
