'Six in One’ – Composite Integrated Bipolar Plate

Relying on the company’s advanced SP-PTL products, this new integrated bipolar plate is developed using sintering technology.

It combines SP-PTL, titanium mesh with varying porosity, and a titanium plate.

This “six in one” design significantly reduces costs associated with platinum coating and etching treatment.

Unlike traditional platinum-coated bipolar plate structures, only one side needs platinum coating while the cathode side only requires graphite plating. Compared to the traditional platinum-coated bipolar plate structure, the cost can be reduced by 70%.

By employing unique welding technology and a gradient titanium mesh, the product effectively simplifies the flow field processing and lowers overall precious metal usage.
