The FASTMAX Mobile GH₂ Fueling System operates as a self-contained, trailer-mounted gaseous-hydrogen fueling system within the mobile refueling station sector. This mobile package integrates compression, high-pressure storage, chilling, and dispensing to provide a fully deployable hydrogen fueling solution. The trailer carries 40 kg of onboard high-pressure storage at 1,000 bar and delivers an outlet pressure above 900 bar while requiring 200 kW of power. For operational fueling speed, the system achieves a verified maximum mass flow from high-pressure storage of 100 g/s, which is equivalent to a 6 kg/min fill rate. Additionally, it achieves a throughput of approximately 36 kg/h at an 80-bar inlet and scales to more than 100 kg/h at a 500-bar inlet.
