Hydrogen Flow Meter Hy-Orifice™ HP (12mm)

Built entirely from 316L SS, Hy-Orifice provides a tough, accurate, corrosion and erosion-resistant flow measurement technique, which is easy and safe to operate, even by inexperienced personnel.

Utilises MP Autoclave end connections and offers a flow range which is changeable by offering 4 to 8 mm orifice sizes.

Hy-OrificeTM offers a quick, easy, and compact installation with a flow computer, differential and flowing pressure, and temperature transmitters already included, ready to measure any flow rate within the ranges quoted.

Hydrogen flow meter Hy-Orifice includes differential pressure, flowing pressure and flowing temperature ports and includes the required upstream and downstream straight lengths, built into the meter body. Simply plumb it into your line, attach 24 VDC power supply, and start to measure instantly.

By varying the orifice size, differential pressure, and flowing pressure transmitter ranges, Hy-Orifice™ HP can measure from as low as 0.02 g/sec (@ 5 Bar) up to 108 g/sec of Hydrogen (@1000 bar). Hy-Orifice™ complements our Hy-Cone™ and Integra-Cone™ flow meters by providing a very low flow range device for extreme pressure applications.
