Our company’s proprietary highly ordered SP-PTL has over 100 million regular distributed straight-through channels per square meter.

It performs excellently in dot flow fields and 3D titanium mesh flow fields.

It is now ready for low-cost mass production with the size of 25 cm* 25 cm.

The larger size (80 cm * 80 cm) are also under preparation to meet the demand of the larger PEMWE.

The preparation technology of SP-PTL can also be extended to other metal materials, such as nickel and nickel-iron alloys, which are expected to replace the foam nickel and perform well in AEMWE.
