The OsecoElfab MV-RF is an all-metal explosion vent designed for use in applications where product build-up is a concern. It features a stainless steel controlling membrane without the use of fluoropolymer, ensuring durability and reliability. The vent is available with FDA-approved gaskets for sanitary service applications and can be exposed to system pressures up to 60% of the stamped burst pressure. It is suitable for applications such as bag houses or bulk storage units. The MV-RF has a size range from 8 x 8 to 44 x 69, a set pressure range of 0.2 psig to 10 psig, and comes with a 1-year warranty. It is non-fragmenting and offers higher vacuum resistance than any other flat vent design, meeting NFPA 61 and NFPA 68 regulations.
