  • The Stacking Machine Concept is a complete solution for stacking processes, offering a wide range of functionalities to meet individual customer demands.
  • It includes automatic feeding of individual components, a roundtable concept, fast cycle Pick and Place units, SCARA-Robots, vacuum grippers, DMC Scanner, positioning with integrated camera systems, transport belts, magazine for individual components, joining and pressing, leak testing, strapping for transport security, IO and NIO outward transfer, rework station, geometric measuring of the stack, DMC lasering, printing, or gluing, and climate control and air treatment.
  • This machine ensures high precision with a position tolerance of less than 0.5 mm, supports production from various varieties with one system, and provides 100% quality and traceability. It is designed to be self-sufficient and efficient, making it an ideal solution for complex stacking tasks.

Aumann Lauchheim GmbH Aumann Lauchheim GmbH is a German subsidiary of Aumann AG (part of MBB SE), formed through Aumann's 2023 acquisition of LACOM GmbH, a specialist in laminating and coating equipment for battery electrode and fuel cell membrane electrode assembly (MEA) manufacturing. Aumann's broader hydrogen production portfolio, built on decades of winding and welding automation experience, spans coating, stacking, and final assembly for fuel cells and electrolyzers, and the company has partnered with Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH to convert a prototype machine into a series-production fuel cell stack assembly line. With roughly 900 employees across Germany, China, and the U.S., Aumann's production solutions also serve traction battery, e-motor, and photovoltaic manufacturing. The LACOM brand name is retained within the Aumann Group for its electrode- and MEA-coating technology.
