The GT ZENITH EP V4000 SERIES Gate Valves are high-performance gate valves designed for use in water and wastewater systems. They are compliant with AWWA standards (C515 for 2-8 and C509 for 10-12) and approved by UL/FM for sizes 2-12. These valves feature a non-rising stem (NRS) design, a stainless steel stem, a ductile iron handwheel, and a special V-ring design that allows for O-ring field replacement. The valves are coated with fusion bonded epoxy to AWWA C550 standards and include high-strength, galvanized fasteners for enhanced corrosion resistance and reliability. They are suitable for working pressures up to 300 PSI and temperature ratings from 35F to 180F. The valves are constructed with durable materials such as ductile iron, stainless steel, and EPDM, ensuring long-term performance and reliability in various applications.
