The RAIL PLUS is a high-performance hose designed for water cooling and heating systems, particularly in the Railway sector, and other applications requiring fire safety. It offers excellent fire resistance, making it ideal for cooling sensitive equipment like transformers, batteries, and data servers. The hose is compliant with EN-45545-2 and UL-94 standards, ensuring safety and durability in extreme conditions. It features a blue color, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and is resistant to anti-freeze, antirust liquids, and thermal aging. It operates within a wide temperature range of -60°C to +200°C and may reach up to 220°C during short periods. It is available in various inner diameters (6mm to 102mm) and configurations, including standard VENA RAIL for lower pressure requirements and VENA RAIL FLEX for vacuum applications. The hose is constructed with a special flame retardant silicone rubber compound and high-temperature resistant textile reinforcements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
