The RAIL FLEX is a high-performance hose designed for water cooling and heating systems, particularly in the Railway sector, and for cooling engines or equipment where fire safety is crucial. It offers excellent fire resistance, flexibility, and durability, making it suitable for sensitive applications like cooling transformers, batteries, and data servers. It is also recommended for vacuum applications and small bending radius requirements. The hose is compliant with EN-45545-2 and UL-94 standards, ensuring safety and performance in demanding environments. It is constructed with a special flame retardant silicone rubber compound with 3 high temperature resistant textile reinforcements and encapsulated coopered steel spring wire. The hose has an operational temperature range from -60°C to +200°C, with a vacuum resistance of 0.80 bar. It is available in inner diameters ranging from 6mm to 102mm and can be customized for specific pressure requirements.
