PEM CELL FLAME is a flame retardant hose specifically designed for use in Proton-Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell and Electrolyzers systems, achieving UL-94 V0 certification. It offers low permeability, excellent purity, and resistance to thermal aging and oxidizing agents. The hose is constructed with EPDM-derived composite materials, providing high mechanical properties and an operational temperature range from -50°C to +130°C, with short-term capability up to 150°C. It is suitable for use in oxygen, hydrogen, DI water, and refrigeration lines, with customizable features such as lateral outlets and metal connections. The hose is made with a combination of inner and outer layers, with the inner layer made of Vena® PEM CELL and the outer layer made of Vena® PEM CELL FLAME, ensuring improved performance and permeability. It is also compliant with RoHS directives and can be produced with various specifications and customizations.
