The TRI-BLOCK is a high-standard valve designed for non-standard conditions, offering maximum safety with features like double block & bleed, up to 2 bleed ports, and compliance with DIN EN 12266-1 for liquids and gases. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including C3/C4, butadiene, hydrogen, technical gases, and more, with materials like carbon steel and stainless steel. The valve is available in various sizes and pressure ratings, making it versatile for industrial use.

Capabilities

  • Provides double isolation with integrated bleed function (DBB/DIB) for safe line isolation.
  • Operates with liquids and gases within leakage classes A–C per DIN EN 12266-1.
  • Suitable for wide temperature range –50 °C to +425 °C, dependent on selected material.
  • Designed for pressure classes PN 10–100 (or ANSI 150–600).
  • Compatible with standard pipeline layouts via EN 558-1 face-to-face dimensions.
