Description Vendor

ACE QFIS is a quick flow-inspection service for mass-flow controllers installed in fuel-cell evaluation systems. Instead of removing the MFC and sending it away, ACE dispatches a service technician and performs the inspection with the controller installed in the test equipment, enabling the inspection process to be completed in one day. The published service supports H2, Air, N2 and CO2, covers 5 NmLPM to 50 NLPM and specifies ±0.5% RD inspection accuracy. Standard verification uses five flow points and a NIST-compliant piston-prover instrument, with additional MFC fluctuation and noise diagnostics.
