The MODEL5400 is an intrinsically safe online hydrogen analyzer based on solid palladium-alloy thin-film sensing technology. It provides hydrogen-specific measurement across a full 0–100% vol range and is intended for demanding industrial environments where stable hydrogen measurement and hazardous-area suitability are required. Published hydrogen accuracy is ±0.3% vol from 0–10% and ±1% vol from 10–100%, with response under 30 seconds. The analyzer includes pressure measurement and compensation up to 1.4 MPa, 4–20 mA, RS232/RS485, Modbus RTU and an expected service life above ten years.
