The F-1850 is a fluorinated cation-exchange membrane designed for fuel cell applications (DMFC), redox-flow batteries, and other electrochemical processes. It is a colorless, transparent foil with a thickness of 45–50 μm and is delivered on a white rigid PET backing foil. The membrane has low resistance, high permeation-blocking capability, and high stability in acidic environments. It is ready for use without any pretreatment and offers excellent conductivity, selectivity, and mechanical properties, making it suitable for demanding electrochemical applications. The membrane is characterized by its high stability in acidic environments, low area resistance, and high selectivity, which are critical for efficient and reliable electrochemical processes.
