The cGas Detector Digital Transmitter is a one or two channel gas detection transmitter for toxic, combustible, and refrigerant gases. It features field-selectable output signaling for BACnet MS/TP RS-485 or Modbus RTU RS-485 protocols. The device is housed in an ABS/polycarbonate enclosure measuring 127 x 127 x 76 mm and weighing 400 g. It operates on 16 to 30 VDC (3 W) or 12 to 27 VAC (3 VA) power inputs and features a 2-line by 16-character LCD display. The unit uses smart sensor technology supporting internal electrochemical, catalytic, or infrared sensors alongside a remote sensor input. It operates from -10°C to +50°C (extendable to -40°C with option -LT) and complies with CSA-C22.2 No. 205-12 and UL 508.
