Description Vendor

The MODEL5200 is an online hydrogen analyzer for direct concentration measurement in pressurized hydrogen pipelines. Its palladium-alloy thin-film sensor provides hydrogen-specific measurement from 0 to 100% vol without requiring the process gas to be vented for sampling. A built-in high-accuracy pressure sensor provides real-time pressure compensation. Published hydrogen accuracy is ±0.3% vol from 0–10% and ±1% vol from 10–100%, with response below 30 seconds. The analyzer supports pressures up to 3.5 MPa, 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, data logging, IP66 protection and Ex db IIC T6 Gb certification.
