Universal Pressure Transmitter - VEGABAR 82

The VEGABAR 82 pressure transmitter is a true all-rounder for hydrogen processes.

With its oil-free, ceramic measuring cell, this sensor measures gaseous hydrogen extremely reliably and accurately.

The measuring cell is also resistant to aggressive media such as potassium hydroxide solution, which is used in electrolysis for example.

Due to its structure and the optimal seals used, the ceramic CERTEC® measuring cell allows hardly any diffusion, which makes it an effective and economical solution for hydrogen applications.

It is dry, which means it works without diaphragm seal oil – there is thus no risk of oil reacting with diffused hydrogen in the ceramic measuring cell.

CERTEC® lends itself extremely well for use in hydrogen electrolysis, which takes place at low pressures.

The ceramic measuring cell is also characterised by its high overload capacity and remarkable long-term stability – and meets all safety requirements.

VEGA pressure sensors measure the pressure of hydrogen gas in electrolysers, vessels, pipelines and other systems.

They ensure long-term stability measurements and are especially easy to set up and put into operation.
