Description Vendor

The Stack Assembly Servo Pivot Press is a Commonwealth Automation fuel-cell production machine for controlled stack compression and handling. The servo press can hold constant force up to 80 kN while the stack compresses and the complete machine tilts between vertical and horizontal positions for transport and production access. Optional tooling can include strap insertion clamps, strap tensioning/forming, an integrated weld head, dry leak testing and removable alignment clamps. The machine is intended for flexible fuel-cell stack assembly where controlled force and pivoting access are required.
