BrazeLet Ni2P-9003 is a SOFC/SOEC Brazing Materials product intended to serve as high-temperature joining paste for fuel-cell applications. It is specified with the following product-specific technical characteristics: Alloy: Ni–7Cr–4.5Si–3Fe–3B, Melting range: 970–1000°C, Minimum brazing temperature: 1050°C, Binder evaporation: 300–400°C. Together, these characteristics define the configuration relevant to technical selection and allow evaluation of the power, material, pressure, capacity, construction or operating details that are stated for this model. The paste uses a nickel-based BNi2 brazing alloy and is designed for screen or stencil printing of thin layers on flat or structured metal parts. It supports brazing in vacuum or protective hydrogen or argon atmospheres, uses a 30–100 µm recommended gap clearance and is supplied with 90 wt% metal content and sub-63 µm gas-atomised powder. For engineering and procurement review, the model can be compared using its category, exact designation, stated function and technical values, with attention to the characteristics that directly affect its specified application.
