The PCE-28 Pressure Transmitter is a versatile and advanced device designed for the measurement of pressure, underpressure, and absolute pressure of gases, vapours, and liquids. It features a piezoresistant silicon sensor that is separated from the medium by a diaphragm and a specially selected manometric liquid. The transmitter is available in various models with different process connections, such as G1/2, GP, G1/4, 1/2NPT, and others, allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of applications. The device offers both 4-20 mA two-wire and 0-10 V output options, ensuring compatibility with different control systems. It is certified for intrinsic safety (ATEX, IECEx) and marine standards (DNV, BV), making it suitable for use in hazardous environments. The PCE-28 also includes a gold-plated diaphragm for enhanced durability and accuracy. It is available with a local display and can be customized with various options such as SIL 1 certification, response time optimization, and different materials for wetted parts. The transmitter is designed for use in a wide range of temperatures and pressures, with a measurement range from 0...25 mbar up to 0...1000 bar. It is ideal for applications in the food and chemical industries, as well as in environments with explosion hazards, where it can be used with an Ex power supply.
