The Héra series PEMFC testing station is a specialized system designed for testing fuel cell stacks within a power range of 10 kW to 30 kW.
It is engineered to operate under defined working conditions and offers fully automated and unattended operation, controlled by a computer with remote control capabilities for valves, heaters, mass flow control, pressure control, humidity control, and more.
The system includes advanced features such as gas humidification, multivoltage and multitemperature monitoring, cooling systems, EL load, and potentiostat. It ensures safety with nitrogen purge, emergency shut down, hydrogen leak sensors, and safety interlocks.
The testing station is equipped with a wide range of capabilities, including flow rates up to 750-2,250 slpm, dew point up to 90°C, and operating temperatures up to 120°C/190°C. It also supports impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and has dimensions of 1500x1800x1800 mm.
The system is suitable for both single cell and stack testing, with options for 4-point measurement and multichannel voltage and temperature monitoring.
