OxiGone 113 – Palladium Catalyst for Deoxygenation

  • OxiGone 113 is a palladium catalyst for deoxygenation used to remove oxygen from various gas streams via catalytic oxidation. OxiGone 113 is comprised of 0.13% Pd on 2-4mm Al2O3 beads
  • A combustible compound such as H2, CO, or a Hydrocarbon is required for the deoxygenation reaction. At the active sites of the catalyst, these compounds will be oxidized into H2O and/or CO2 thereby removing O2 from the gas.
  • OxiGone 113 has excellent activity at low temperatures and can meet stringent Oxygen specifications (can achieve < 1 ppm O2 or less).
  • The expected lifetime of OxiGone 113 in Hydrogen Deoxygenation applications is 5-10 years of continuous operation if the gas is free of catalyst poisons.

Key features

  • High activity for Catalytic Oxidation/Deoxygenation at low temperatures
  • Long catalyst lifetime in typical Green Hydrogen Deoxygenation or Direct Air Capture Deoxygenation applications
  • Capable of removing Oxygen to below 1 ppm
