High-pressure coaxial valve KB15

  • In the case of the lateral high-pressure valves, the valve drive is arranged on the side.
  • They are used wherever high pressures of up to 500 bar have to be controlled at high flow rates.
  • The high-pressure valves are available with either a solenoid or a pneumatic drive.
  • Among other things, the valves are used in the refuelling process or in high-pressure test stands.

Coaxial high-pressure valve KB15

  • No need for dynamic plastic seals: The valve does not need plastic dynamic seals, which makes it suitable for use in cryogenic technology down to -196 °C.
  • High pressure resistance: It is suitable for applications with pressures of up to 400 bar, which makes it ideal for high-pressure applications.
  • Alternate flow: The valve is designed to allow media to flow in both directions, which can eliminate the need for multiple valves.
  • Maintenance-free and insensitive to dirt: Thanks to its special design, the valve is maintenance-free and insensitive to dirty media, which increases its service life.
  • Compact size: The integrated drive results in a compact design that allows installation even where space is limited.
  • Fast switching times: The pressure-balanced design allows fast and reproducible switching operations in less than 30 milliseconds.
  • Sealed against back pressure: When closed, the pressure on the outlet side can be higher without causing leakage.
  • Optional extensions: The valve can be equipped with various options such as alternative pilot valves, limit switches or special plug connectors to meet different requirements.
