The H2 Venting Valve is a specialized valve designed for efficient hydrogen venting in various applications. It features an integrated pressure relief valve (PRV) and is voltage-controlled, ensuring precise operation. The valve is suitable for use in fuel cells, electrolyzers, H2 ICE (hydrogen internal combustion engines), DI (direct injection), and PFI (port fuel injection) systems. It operates within a nominal diameter of 2.2 mm, a voltage range of 22 to 32 V, and a peak current of 0.6 A. The valve can handle inlet pressures up to 30 bar and has a burst pressure of 110 bar, making it robust for high-pressure environments. It provides a hydrogen flow rate of 35 kg/h at a pressure drop of 13 bar and is engineered to function in extreme temperature ranges from -40 to 125 °C. With an IP6K9K protection class, it is highly resistant to water and dust ingress. The valves fast response time of approximately 20 ms ensures quick and reliable performance, while its minimal hydrogen leakage of 1E-4 mbar l/s highlights its efficiency and safety. This product is ideal for applications requiring precise and safe hydrogen management.
