SIGRAFLEX® HOCHDRUCK PRO is a multilayer high-strength gasket sheet made of high-purity flexible graphite foil reinforced with 0.05 mm thick stainless steel foils using proven SIGRAFLEX HOCHDRUCK technology. It is antistick impregnated to reduce leakage and improve handling. This product is designed for extreme conditions and offers outstanding mechanical properties, including high operational reliability, increased plant availability, excellent oxidation resistance, very high blow-out resistance, and mechanical strength. It is suitable for operating pressures from vacuum up to 250 bar and temperatures ranging from –269 °C to 550 °C. It is used in various industries such as chemical, petrochemical, refinery, nuclear, and power generation. The product is asbestos-free, ensuring no associated health risks, and is certified for TA Luft, fire safety, blow-out safety, and other standards. It is ideal for solving sealing problems in pipework, process equipment, and non-standard joints.
