The 60kN Cell Block Leak Tester is a current Commonwealth Automation fuel-cell test system for leak verification of compressed cell-block assemblies. It consists of a 60 kN test/press capacity and a dedicated cell-block testing function. It is intended for manufacturing quality control where the component must be held under controlled compression while gas-leak performance is evaluated. The dedicated machine format supports repeatable testing before cell blocks proceed to final stack assembly.
