The ENGEL Insert 150 fuel-cell production cell is an automated vertical injection moulding solution for applying liquid silicone rubber precision seals to gas diffusion layers. The documented configuration combines a 1,500 kN insert machine with an integrated rotary table, a two-cavity mould, automated handling and camera-based inspection to support repeatable series production.
