Envi GreenPURE PtX is a water treatment system specifically designed for electrolysis applications to supply PEM, AEL, and AEM processes with ultrapure water.
The system delivers ultrapure water with a conductivity of < 0.1 µS/cm, free of particles, and a TOC content of < 30 ppb. Ideally suited for electrolysis plants up to 5 MW as well as for modular container solutions, the system stands out for its high operational reliability, digital IO-Link sensors, and service-friendly design.

Envi GreenPURE PtX – Water Treatment for Electrolysis

The Envi GreenPURE PtX is a water treatment system specifically developed for use in hydrogen production via electrolysis. It provides ultrapure water in exactly the quality required for demanding electrolysis processes.
The system delivers ultrapure water with a conductivity of < 0.1 µS/cm, is free of particles, and achieves a TOC level of less than 30 ppb. This makes GreenPURE PtX ideally suited for modern electrolysis applications.
Ideal for scalable hydrogen projects
- The system is specifically designed for electrolyzers with a capacity of up to 5 MW and is ideally suited for modular container-based designs. This makes it perfectly suited for decentralized, flexible, and rapidly deployable hydrogen projects.
- Important: The 5 MW represents the optimal operating capacity for this standardized system. For higher electrolysis capacities, EnviroFALK also offers custom-designed and scalable water treatment solutions for large-scale industrial projects.

The Envi GreenPURE PtX is available in the BASIC, ADVANCED, and ISO variants.
- BASIC: Water softener, single-stage reverse osmosis, EDI, and mixed-bed polishing
- ADVANCED: Includes activated carbon, 2-stage RO, membrane degassing, and UV
- ISO: additionally includes a centrifugal pump in accordance with ISO 5199
