Pressure Sensor with Switching Function - VEGABAR 38

The VEGABAR 38 is a universally applicable pressure transmitter with a ceramic measuring cell for measuring gases, vapors, and liquids up to 130 °C.

Due to its unique structure and high-quality seals, the CERTEC® ceramic measuring cell allows hardly any diffusion, which makes it an effective and economical solution for hydrogen applications.

It is dry, which means it works without diaphragm seal oil – there is thus no risk of oil reacting with diffused hydrogen in the ceramic measuring cell.

The ceramic measuring cell is also characterised by its high overload capacity and remarkable long-term stability – and meets all safety requirements.

It is suitable, among other things, for hydrogen electrolysis, which operates at low pressures.

VEGA pressure sensors measure the pressure of hydrogen gas in electrolysers, vessels, pipelines and other systems.

They ensure long-term stability measurements and are especially easy to set up and put into operation.
