Coupling for Hydrogen Applications - BuTech

  • BuTech high quality valves and components for hydrogen service are engineered to deliver safe, and reliable performance at pressures to 20,000 PSI (1378 BAR).
  • Designed to withstand the demands of hydrogen service, BuTech valves provide proven service in hydrogen storage, compression and dispensing applications, as well as in hydrogen fuel cell testing, production and process facilities.
  • BuTech couplings are designed for applications that require higher flow rate capability.

Key features

  • Manufactured from high tensile strength cold worked 316/316: Stainless Steel material as standard for 700 bar (10,152 psi) MAWP, this medium pressure range has all the benefits of the high pressure version all metal sealing for operation at temperatures from -40 °F (-40 °C) to 248 °F (120 °C)
  • Designed for applications that require high flow rate capability
  • Couplings manufactured from cold worked 315 stainless steel
  • Available in special materials
