The MODEL5000 Series is an online hydrogen transmitter for purity and concentration measurement using solid-state palladium-alloy thin-film sensing technology. It measures hydrogen from 0 to 100% vol and is designed to remain selective in the presence of gases such as CO and H2S. Published accuracy is ±0.3% vol from 0–10% hydrogen and ±1% vol from 10–100%, with response in under 30 seconds. The transmitter supports 4–20 mA, RS232, RS485 and Modbus RTU interfaces and is specified with IP67 protection.
