The company's product range spans high-capacity tube trailers, conventional lower-capacity tube trailers, ISO-framed and lower-capacity storage modules, and boosting/compressor skids with custom-engineered solutions, with H2 Hauler's directors bringing extensive experience commercializing specialized transport and gas compression products for the mining, transport, and gas sectors. H2 Hauler selected Emerson as its technology partner in 2024 to provide a consolidated, integrated hydrogen mobility business management system, with Emerson's DeltaV PK Controller, fire and gas systems, valves, actuators, and regulators optimizing H2 Hauler's hydrogen dispensing skids and trailer onboard units while enabling remote monitoring, custody transfer management, and real-time operational data via a secure cloud-based platform. The company has completed Australia's first hydrogen marine refueling in Brisbane (supporting a demonstration of Yanmar's fuel cell cruiser incorporating Toyota Mirai fuel cell modules), operates eight refueling systems nationally including support for the Metro Tasmania hydrogen bus trial, and announced plans in 2025 to manufacture hydrogen refueling stations in Ulverstone, Tasmania, in partnership with local firms Prowire Group and TAS Hydraulics.
