The MODEL5100 is a fixed point hydrogen leak detector for industrial and commercial installations. It uses palladium-alloy thin-film technology to provide hydrogen-specific detection without cross-response from other combustible gases. Hydrogen is measured over 0–100% LEL with ±5% full-scale accuracy and a response time below 30 seconds. The detector is designed for permanent leakage monitoring across hydrogen production, storage and transport, fuel-cell and related industrial environments. It includes pressure compensation, relay output, 4–20 mA, RS232/RS485, Modbus RTU, IP66 protection and optional audible/visual alarm.
