Description Vendor
  • The LT22X Series is a thermally activated Long Trigger Hydrogen Pressure Relief Device (HPRD) rated for 10,000 psi nominal (700 bar).
  • It is specifically designed for use with hydrogen systems and incorporates surface finishes, material treatments, and internal mechanisms intended to prevent hydrogen embrittlement and operate at high hydrogen pressures.
  • Trigger lengths are available in multiple configurations. Each 10,000 psi PRD is tested for dimensional compliance and performance standards.
  • Nominal lengths available from 36 in to 240 in, depending on model number (LT22X, LT22X-048, LT22X-060, etc.) with specified tolerances.
  • LT224: High Pressure Female Port 9/16"-18 UNF
  • LT225: Medium Pressure Cone & Thread Female Port 9/16"-18 UNF
  • LT226: 1/4" Female NPT Port
