The ExDetector HC150-M / HC150-K-M is a gas detection and warning system designed to measure and display the concentration of potentially explosive gases and vapours, monitor their presence, and trigger protective measures. Bieler + Lang GmbH Bieler + Lang GmbH is a German gas detection systems manufacturer, based in Achern, with over 50 years of experience specifically in hydrogen leak detection technology. The company's ExDetector HC 100 and HC 150 sensors use catalytic combustion (pellistor) technology to detect hydrogen leaks as a percentage of the lower explosion limit (%LEL), since hydrogen's odorless, colorless nature and inability to be detected by infrared sensors make specialized detection essential; its addressable and aspirating detectors serve safe areas, ATEX/IECEx explosive zones, and hard-to-access spaces like clean rooms. Bieler + Lang's ExDetector X5 combines up to two sensor heads with contactless one-man calibration and supports detection of over 400 gases, while the GMC 8034 evaluation unit serves as a compact control center for gas detection systems. All devices are developed, manufactured, and calibrated in-house under strict quality standards for industrial, research, and energy technology applications.
