The SANG-A FRONTECs GreenMem Membrane is a hydrogen fuel cell electrolyte membrane that prevents hydrogen at the anode from meeting oxygen at the cathode directly, allowing only hydrogen ions to pass through. It is a key component of the hydrogen fuel cell MEA, enabling hydrogen gas to turn into hydrogen ions and generate electricity. The membrane offers excellent mechanical strength (reinforced ePTFE), low dimensional change rate, high dimensional stability, and excellent chemical resistance by using fluorine-based ion conductor. It is used in various applications such as fuel cells for Hydrail, hydrogen-powered ships, redox flow batteries, fuel cell generators, and electrolysis systems.
