The Differential Pressure Transmitter PRE-28 is a high-precision device designed for measuring differential pressure in gases, vapours, and liquids. It features a piezoresistance silicon sensor separated from the medium by a diaphragm and manometric fluid, ensuring it can withstand pressure surges up to 413 bar. The transmitter offers an accuracy of 0.25% and supports a wide range from 0...16 mbar up to 0...25 bar. It is certified for intrinsic safety (ATEX, IECEx) and marine standards (DNV, BV). The transmitter is available with various process connections, including GP, PN, C, and CH types, allowing for flexible installation options. It supports both 4...20 mA and 0...10 V output signals and is constructed with stainless steel (SS316L) wetted parts. The transmitter is suitable for applications in food and chemical industries, with optional diaphragm seals to prevent medium freezing in impulse lines.
