- 8745 型质量流量控制器 (MFC)/流量计 (MFM) 适用于高流量的质量流量控制。8745 型可配置为质量流量计或质量流量控制器。
- 热内联传感器直接位于主气流中，因此响应时间非常快，同时压降非常低。
- 集成 PI 控制器确保 MFC 具有出色的控制特性。 MFC 8745 型有两种版本：带电磁比例阀和带电机驱动比例阀。
- 可选，可以校准四种不同的气体。
