什么是水压成型？
- 水压成型或外部高压成型是一种活性介质成型工艺
- 将金属箔插入工具凹槽中，并通过水油乳化液以极高的压力将金属箔扩张到成型工具中
- 由于整个金属箔表面的压力分布均匀，因此可以实现均匀的材料厚度分布，并避免突然的应力转换
- 这样即使是最小的半径也可以成型。材料的回弹率保持在较低水平
