- 机器的任务
- 由大量板材组成的预组装堆栈首先被移入机器，然后被压缩到规定高度，直到堆栈内达到一定压力。
- 这个压力必须保持数小时不变。
- 此时，堆垛将接受客户在进一步程序帮助下进行的所有必要技术测试。
- 这些都是确认其完全可操作性所必需的。
- 测试完成后，堆栈最终将与拉杆或拉紧带组装在一起，并拆除成品堆栈。
主要特点
- 为了在操作过程中保证装配工作的最大安全性，我们特意避免使用液压驱动装置。
- 一个特殊的功能是补偿与生产有关的堆垛公差。
- 为了消除这些公差并在垛内形成均匀的压力分布，在压缩垛时必须持续补偿这些横向力。
- 这可以通过位于主轴提升元件下方的短行程气缸来实现。
