- 该矫直机既可作为单机运行，也可作为全自动生产线的一部分运行。

- 翘曲是如何产生的：
- 在金属生产和进一步加工过程中，会产生残余应力。
- 当材料厚度很薄时，如金属双极板，这些残余应力会变得特别明显。
- 此外，双极板复杂的三维几何形状会导致残余应力的进一步不对称分布。
- 因此，尽管技术和工艺都很精确，金属双极板始终包含一定的残余应力。
- 这表现为翘曲或偏离理想的平面度：更高效、更经济的堆叠
- 为了在燃料电池和电解槽中使用，金属双极板被堆叠并压制在一起，有时会有几百块板堆叠在一起。
