Fuel Cell Test Station PBT main features

  • Leancat PBT completely controls the conditions of gases entering and leaving a fuel cell
  • Flow rate control using high quality mass flow controllers
  • Humidification base on micro bubbling system enables reaching dew point temperatures up to 90° C
  • Precise temperature control inlet gases up to 120° C
  • Electronic back pressure control up to 3 bar independently for fuel and oxidant lines
  • Cell temperature control (3 times thermocouple interface, 2 times heater power interface)
  • Robust control system based on industrial PLC
