- Double internal and external leakage test with compressed gaseous hydrogen
- Non-metallic materials tested according to (EG) No. 79/2009 and (EU) No. 406/2010 for hydrogen compatibility, aging by oxygen and ozone resistance
- Cracking pressure range available from 1/3 psig to 25 psig
- EPDM O-ring for body seal against external leakage
- Poppet with EPDM O-ring for lowest internal leakage
- Available with Hy-Lok two ferrule tube fitting end connection for precision tubing with 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 1/4″, 3/8” and 1/2″ outer diameter or NPT female and male thread
- Applicable for a maximum working pressure of 350 bar (5,076 psig) @21°C
- Wide temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C (-40 °F to +185 °F)
- Internal orifice up to 7.8 mm depending on end connection size
- Full material traceability due to heat tracing code (HTC) on valve body
