The TB420-ES4 Smart Gas Sensor Module is an intelligent, two-wire 4-20 mA digital gas sensor module designed for gas detection instruments and systems. It utilizes solid polymer electrochemical sensing technology with a three-electrode arrangement (working, counter, and reference electrodes) to continuously measure gas concentrations. The module features a smart microprocessor that enables intelligent algorithm calculations, self-test functionality, and fault detection. It is pre-calibrated for specific gases, ensuring instant use without prior warm-up time, and stores calibration information in a flash chip. The module is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +55°C. It offers fast signal stability, anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, and a long lifetime. The module is RoHS approved, has intrinsic safety for use in potentially explosive environments, and is compatible with systems like DCS, PLC, and displays. It supports a wide range of gases, including CO, H₂S, O₂, and others, with high accuracy and reliability.
