The FR 1 precision pressure reducer is a single-stage pressure reducer constructed from stainless steel or aluminum, designed specifically for precise gas extraction. It is suitable for installation in both piping systems and control panels. The integrated inlet pressure compensation ensures a consistently constant outlet pressure, even in the event of significant fluctuations in inlet pressure. As a standard feature, a sintered metal filter element is integrated, which can be easily replaced from the outside. The FR 1 is utilized in fields such as gas analysis, gas chromatography, process engineering, metallurgy, and laboratory applications, as well as for gas purities up to 5.0. The device features a wide range of technical specifications, including a stainless steel housing, Viton/NBR seals, an operating temperature range of -20 to +70°C, and dimensions of 106 x 48 mm. It is designed for use in the millibar range and in instrumentation applications, offering high precision and reliability.
