Mass flow controller/ Mass flow meter - Type 8745

  • The mass flow controller (MFC) / meter (MFM) Type 8745 is suitable for mass flow control of high flow rates. Type 8745 can be configured as mass flow meter or mass flow controller.
  • The thermal inline sensor is located directly in the main gas stream and therefore reaches very fast response times while causing a very low pressure drop.
  • The integrated PI controller ensures outstanding control characteristics of the MFC. MFC Type 8745 is available in two versions: with electromagnetic proportional valve and with a motor-driven proportional valve.
  • Optional, four different gases can be calibrated.

  • A direct-acting proportional valve as a regulating unit guarantees high sensitivity.
  • Mechanical line connection: 1/4' to 1', flange, clamping ring connection
  • Flow range: full scale up to 2500 Nl/min (with respect to N2)
  • Accuracy: +/-1.5 % f.s. +/-0.3 % f.s.
  • Setting range: 1:100, higher on request
  • Pressure range: Up to 10bar, higher on request
  • Temperature range: -10 to +70°C (medium)
  • Optional approvals/conformities: UL, fuel gas, hydrogen, and oxygen suitability
