Add to compare

The LC 600 LeakCam is a handheld acoustic/ultrasonic leak detector for compressed air, gas, and vacuum applications. It uses an integrated camera and 64 MEMS microphones operating over 2–80 kHz to visualize leaks on the screen. The device includes a 5″ touchscreen display with 1280 × 720 pixel resolution, a 13 MP camera, integrated laser distance measurement for leak-rate estimation, 5 LEDs, USB A+C interface, and Power Beam Forming with 12 dB dynamic range for detecting multiple sound sources at different levels. It is suitable for leak detection in pneumatic systems, technical gases including hydrogen, flammable gases, refrigerant systems, vacuum systems, leak tests, and discharge/corona-effect applications.

Use Cases

  • Leak detection in flammable and technical   gases
  • Vacuum leak detection
  • Leak testing with an ultrasonic transmitter
  • Detecting leaks in pneumatic systems

Capabilities

  • Visual leak localization on screen using integrated camera and ultrasonic microphone array
  • Detects ultrasonic leak signals across a 2–80 kHz frequency range
  • Detects multiple sound sources simultaneously using Power Beam Forming
