The HYGROPHIL F 5674 is an inline moisture analyzer evaluation and control unit designed for measuring moisture levels in gaseous or liquid hydrocarbons and other chemical substances using optical technology. The device is intended for stationary indoor industrial operation and is designed for use with BARTEC BENKE L166x measuring sensors. It supports single-channel and multi-channel measurements (1–3 channels), continuous measurement of sample temperature and relative humidity, and installations in hazardous areas. The system performs signal evaluation using a Fabry-Pérot interferometer with spectrometer technology and supports calculations according to ITS-90 and GERG standards. The control unit features a Windows 10-based TFT touch panel interface, remote access capability, USB support for backups and software upgrades, multilingual user interface support, and optional Modbus TCP/IP communication.
