The Mercury Hydrogen Generators are advanced industrial systems designed to produce hydrogen and oxygen through the electrolysis of water. These generators operate by dissociating water molecules using electrical energy, resulting in the separation of hydrogen and oxygen gases. The process is governed by the chemical equation: 2H₂O + ENERGY → 2H₂ + O₂. The hydrogen and oxygen are produced directly at the required pressure (up to 30 bar) and are safely separated by specialized membranes. The generators are known for their high purity output, with hydrogen and oxygen reaching up to 99.9999% purity. They are available in various models, including Mercury Expert, Mercury Advance, Mercury System, and specialized versions like the D version, which integrates purification and drying systems for enhanced performance. These generators are designed for continuous 24/7 operation, require minimal maintenance, and offer remote monitoring and technical assistance. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, from small-scale operations to large industrial uses, including energy production, welding, and heat treatment.
